Hate training alone? If you'd like to train with a small group of likeminded friends or a partner this option is ideal for you. Small group sessions vary from 30 mins to 60 mins and are a max of 4 participants at any one time. Sessions are tailored to each group and their requirements/requests.
Want to gain a better understanding of the discipline before you dive into group classes or hone your yoga practice? These 121 sessions will help grow your practice with guidance, corrections and modifications. Sessions vary from 40 mins to 60 mins.
