    About LF Fitness

    A Trainer Who Cares

    I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, having embarked on this journey myself. My goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals.


    I've worked in the fitness industry since 2008 and have evolved and developed from a basic fitness instructor to a fitness coach who can train you across a multitude of disciplines, including but not limited to - yoga, HIIT, strength, weight loss, and postural analysis. 


    Outside of the normal perceived gym setting, I am a swimming teacher and basketball coach. 


    I take the time to talk through your goals and current pain points so that I can train you in the most effective way possible for long term success.

    It's Not All 'No Fun'

    I know that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and ends in failure. I've done it time after time! Personal Trainers don't always find this easy. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and a part of your lifestyle. I endeavour to be strict and firm when it's necessary, but I also know that a bit of fun and silliness go a long way to changing attitudes.
